I have the honour to submit for the signification of His Majesty's pleasure copies of an

Ordinance intituled:-

An Ordinance for the incorporation of the Christian

Brothers School known in French as "L'Institut des Frères des Écoles Chrétiennes" and known in Hongkong

as "St. Joseph's College". No. 27 of 1921.

2. I enclose also the customary report from the

Attorney General, and the certificate required by Article

XXVII of the Royal Instructions.
